Default The scent of fall

Toady I was out putting up a stand in preparation for the PA bow season and I smelled the first "scents of fall". You know, thearoma of dying leaves (mostly maple)that are falling to the ground. There is no way to explain the scent of fall unless you are out there in it. The only thing that makes it smell better is the smell of a rutting buck at the end of a blood trail! Don't you agree?
