If your sure the arrow wasn;t in her when she walked off. I'd research the area of impact for the arrow. See if broadheads still in tact or in her leg! Hopefully it didn't break off in her, and cause an infection. Finding the arrow intact could help to ease your mind, and just a leg wound she should heal up fine.
