Tricky question. Most traditional rifles if well made should be MOA at 50yds but even I have a real hard time doing that. Inlines at 50yds a good one should get a sub 2" group with the right shooter. It should be better than that but the real world kicks in.

At 100yds with open sights well you are on your own I can do it with a couple of rifles but Can't give accurate enough knowledge of why or how the combo's work but they do. You need to practice. All rifles and shooters abilities kick in here.
