Default Did CVA make a .45 Hawken?

I picked up what appears to be a CVA kit gun of the Hawken (halfstock)design for $60 at a pawn-shop.

It has a 28" barrel, no patch box, double-set triggers and doesn't appear to have been fired. One barrel wedge and two thimbles...

I checked old gun-digests from the 60s, 70s and 80s and couldn't find this gun. Wondering about the rate-of-twist as well.

Any help highly appreciated!
