Default RE: old compounds...new compounds

a freind of mine has 7 bows and he just also bought a Diamond Triumph.
very nice bow for the money.

He and i were at the house tossin some arrows and he was so offended by me shooting my old PSE polaris. That he gave me his Martin ProwleR-se to use this hunting season (he used it the last 2 seasons). His words were "your a good shot why dont you get rid of that peice of crap...come here and take a look at this...You dont have to buy it just use it" The draw length is an inch too long for me but i shot a few arrows with it and can tell its twice the machine my PSE is...quieter.. faster.. less hand shockthis is a great bow for the $379 new tag back in 2003-4... Ill probly end up buying it... It feels that much better to shoot...hand shock is almost non existent. A great shooter for 33ata but, Iwonder whymartin discontinued this bow. or is it desguised under a different name?.. well ill be goin to the Bow shop on monday for a setup and probly be shooting with it every day till season starts.
