I've heard, (I don't know) that once a coyote feels his den has been found, ie human scent, they will move on. Can anyone elaborate on this?
I have had this happen several times while setting a scouting camera neara den entrance. A few pictures of a coyote than there are cobwebs over the entrance.
I have also seen deer bothering coyotes a few times.
