Right click on picture>click set as background and you are done
Unfortunately, this is a small file, so the quality will be poor. If I didn't have dial up I would send a full sized file.

Sorry but I set it as my background on myCRT at work and it looks fantastic to me. Not so good on my notebook LCD at home, but good enough.
The black area at the bottom is perfect for my icons.
