RE: Lee
My reloading equiptment consists of parts from a lot of manufactors that I have gotten over the last 50 years.I have dies by RCBS,lyman, redding and lee.I load a couple hundred bullets a week just to shoot the next week, useing a single stage rcbs.
Last year I got the bright idea to change over to the lee collet dies for all calibers,243,260,30/06,223,22/250,270,308,7/08,25/06 and 7 mag,All work great except I am haveing trouble with the 7/08 and 22/250,I have adjusted and adjusted, set it up exactly by the instructions, one case will go in the chamber just like it is susposed to,next one will be very tight, next one won't go in at all,not in any single order,or case brand. So I have went back to the redding for the 7/08 and use the full size lee for the 22/250.till I get the collet dies working for these calibers.
Over all I really like the lee collet dies and accuracy doesn't demish because of them.
Anyone got any ideaswhy I am haveing trouble with these two?
