the shot was a very poor choice. it wasnt the smart thing to do. you were trying to hit what? at max a 2 inch sopt on the deer, if you are off by any more than that then you have your predicament. honestly why didnt you wait for a better shot? the deer was in the area and you should have waited for another oppurtunity. and you aimed at the rump, if you would have aim further up the body then you would have mostly likely at least hit a lung with that shot. stupid shot choice, and now you have to live with it.
