I'd also go with checking your rings and mounts to verify they are completely tight. Those scopes have a 1/4 MOA adjustment, which means that it should be 4 clicks to an inch at 100 yards. How large are your groups? A broken scope would likely be tossing them in a larger group, but it may simply be a problem with some bad ammo too. I'd make sure that everything was tightened down, and try a couple more groups to verify the problem...if it still exists then send it back to get looked at.
