I've read sooo much about broadheads my head spun!!!!! I was down to the magnus stinger, slick trick, and G5 striker. I found a decent deal on strickers($56for six shipped)and decided i'm going to give them a try. Tests by members of another forum didn't hurt either. The top shelf heads are going for 30 bucks for three nowadays. Muzzies tend to be in the middle of the road pricewise and are absolutly leathal!!!!! I used them with my old bow, just wanted a change.

There are many good heads out. You typically get what you pay for. However, one tester on the Crimson Talons were VERY impressed with them.

I second the "stay away from mechanicals" comment. I don't have the best of luck and want to leave NOTHING to chance!
