I think when it comes to important decisions that effect us the Pa hunter we should be able to vote on the issue .They could have us vote when we purchase are new licenses for the year.Then they would have a full year to prepare and implement the new changes properly. Fooey on the commissioners who are on the take anyway for what ever they can rape from there position.Most them people dont represent the average Joe Schmoe hunter anyway.
