Default Ground blind question

Just picked up a bean field to hunt, hope to have nephew get his 1st deer there next week.

The field is a small 25 acre field "in town" on the main drag.
deer come out into the field around 3:30 PM from the surrounding woods.
We (nephew and I) will be parking on the shoulder and walking around (through) the field to the back wood line to hunt, so mornings are out.
I cleaned a few trees up (climbers) in one corner that The deer seemed to come out of, but last few days they are coming out of the opposite side.
Most of the "woods edge" is bushes and grass, so I was thinking a ground blind.

Question: They donot exit the woods at the same place each time, how do I play the wind in this situation?

Thanks,
Slack
