Yes i have seen and tried that sight. And your right its VERY bright. BUT its weighs to much. Feels really wired (to me) when you put it on the bow.
And as for moving the pin as long as you keep your grip loose. You just move your finger about a falf inch and spin the little hadle. Its so easy to do.
