Shouldn't be any problem spine wise, but I hate to break it to you.......you won't see them in mid flight.
The reason you see the hunting video guys do this(forward wrap)is just that, for videos........the camera is generally always at an angle to the arrow in flight which will help to give it a streak affect to the target for production purposes.

The same way a deer won't see a Lumenock coming at them.........you won't see a wrap going away from you.
