As for bow season, I'm in MD not far from PA, our season starts Sept 15th so I don't have to much longer to wait. I got a good feeling abut this year guys I think we can make some noise. The key to winning this contest isn't everyone killing monster bucks. What you need is 2 or 3 good bucks and everyone else to chip in with what they can. The year we won as the Elite 8 we only had 2 bucks over 120" but we ended up with 8 bucks on the board that put us over the top. Dont feel presure to kill a monster, and don't be ashamed of any buck you take and enter in the contest, every buck buck helps and if your happy with the deer you killed then were all happy for you too.

By the way, I just got back from my bear hunt. I hammered a 300lber at 3 yards with my .44 Mag.......talk about a rush. Thats a hunt I will never forget as long as I live. I will post some pics once I get them loaded on my PC.

How much longer should we give Great White Hunter before we get an alternate?
