In your manual it will explain the adjustment of the rear sight. There is a screw on the top and side. You unloosen the screw for each job. On some sights you them MANUALLY have to move the rear sight. So the screw on the side you are referencing, loose in then using your fingers move the rear sight. After which re tighten.

Remember, move the rear sight in the direction you want the projectile/bullet to travel. An example is; your shots are hitting right and low. Move the sight elevation up the ramp to move the shots up, and slide the rear sight to the left to bring your shots over.
