I don't center my housing in the peep, so it really doesn't make a difference to me. I center the pin in the the peep because of some of the longer distances I shoot.

I have a 3 pin sight on a movable sight. For 20, 30 and 40 I don't need to move it, but for 50 on out I can move the slider if I want to.
