Nic, he is only gonna be there for maybe a day. Wow, thats a lot of work.

I would try to determine if there are any funnels or bottlenecks and hunt there. Its hard to say since we don't know anything about the place.

If its gun season, try to find a place thats open, bordering a field maybe, that would let you cover a lot of area.

Best of luck, but if you know you will be back, you might just want to still hunt your way thru it, into the wind, and get a lay of the land for the next trip, so you will know exactly where to be.
