Second day on the range with this rifle after the initial breakin and a good cleaning. I loaded up some Barnes TSX and Nosler Accubonds, both 200 gr. with 62 gr of RL-19 and 56 gr of IMR 4064. Started with mild loads and will work up.
Being that I'm just getting started I used 3 shot groups instead of my normal 5 shot groups. Here are my averages: (for 3 - 3 shot groups)
Nosler Accubond; RL-19 powder 0.677", IMR4064 powder 0.771"
Barnes TSX;RL-19 powder 0.928", IMR4064 powder 0.946"

Not too shabby. Nosler reloading data says that Max for RL-19 is 69 gr but Barnes says only 64 gr is their max with the TSX.so I have a lot more testing to do. Cases show no signs of excessive pressure. Next series will be 64 gr of RL-19. It seems to be grouping better than the 4064.
