I agree location is the number one thing when placing traps, but if you leave a lot of scent around nothing is going to step in the jaws. True after a week your smell will be very minimal, but I would rather be as scent free as possible and maybe catch something the next day rather than wait on the area for a week to produce a catch.
Yep I think you put it perfictaly Criggster, All I was tryin to say is that I think some people get way to hung up on sent pervention. Good posting
