I have a friend that is blind in the right eye and still uses his right handed bow. He adjusted his peep sight, and changed his anchor point. I think he draws to the left corner of his mouth and by adjusting the sights he was able to use his left eye. It took him very little time to adjust and shoots good.

Maybe have him try something like this by holding his bow up and seeing what and where everything feels comfortable.
