Default Going Blind in one Eye...Need advice.

A fellow I work out with at the gym, Mark is going blind in his right eye due to diabetes and an eye injury that will not heal.
He is right eye dominate and shoots right handed.
About 5 years ago I read a small article about people who were right handed but left eye dominate. I can not find the article and do not exactly recall the recomadation but it was something that allowed the person to still shot right handed an use thier left eye to sight. It may have been shooting right handed with a left hand bow. Im not sure.
I want to help this fellow out so he can continue to bow hunt. He will more than likely be blind in the right eye by bow season 2002. He could be totally blind in a couple of years. He does not have the time to reteach himself to switch over to left hand shooting.
I'd would appreciate some tried methods here or references to articles or whatever you can come up with to help this fellow.
Thanks.
