Well first off, id try to get rid of the cross hair hight, its not really needed with the main site you have. The from there I would make sure the main sight is square. I would also think about getting a peep installed. Go to your local archery shop to have this done they will make sure its setup right. As for the sights, Start in with sighting your top sight pin in anwhere between 15-20 yards what ever your comfortable shooting at. The sight your second pin at 30 yards, you can sight in your 3rd sight pin in at 40 if you wish but many of ushere will not recomend a shot over 30 yards. A problem I am seeing with your setup is that its too "busy" you have the extra sight on there that is not needed. Lose it. Its just another piece that will cause sight in problems because the way you have it you will will never be true because you would have to adjust both sights. Lose that cross hair sight and sight in, you ll find it soo much easier and be more accurate. Also remember to make sure youre shooting the correct spine arrow for your draw weight. And remember what I said go to your local pro shop and have a peep put on your string, you may also want to install some limb savers adn string leeches, but its not necessary for the limbsavers and leeches.
