Jeff, I'm in the same boat. I have been interested in hunting fora long time. Have only gone 4 times. I don't know anyone who hunts. So, I recently joined some forums hoping to meet people in the hunting community. I've been to the Brady Ranch to hunt exotics and am going to use an outfitter this year too. I hope to gain some experience. I do plan on doing some hunting on public land next season...and maybe a 1 day hog hunt here and there with some guides.

I'm on the other coast from you, Naples. If you find a place or want to do a guided hunt, maybe we can ride up together.
