It seems that this general smearing, which according to you is "reasonable," "rational"and "logical," is the Internet equivalent of a suspicionless search and seizure.
if that shoe fits wear it and if it doesn’t fit then leave it alone, it isn’t yours to wear when it doesn’t fit.
Sounds kind of like "if you are innocent, what do you have to worry about?"
