I think a broad head is all what you make it to be. Some like brand x and hate brand z, while others like brand z. I have had success with every broad head ive tried. I do have some I like better than others, but its all in personal preferance. I used the sonics, by American, on hogs and it did as well as any fixed iver ever used. Its all in what you want. Just make sure they are tuned, like any fixed head, and you will have luck.
