Default RE: Switching Scopes - Again

I just picked up a Leopold VX-II 3-9x40 (matte, duplex) for the Thunderhawk I've been cleaning up. I'm still a little worried about the barrel as it looks to have some pitting in it, but I'm waiting on some JB bore paste to see what I can do. That said, the scope is mounted and ready to go, and if I get the opportunity to go shoot before the paste gets here I'll be making some smoke.

What was wrong with the Bushnell that you had on the Omega? I was looking at the Bushnell 4200, but they don't make it in the 3-9x40 without the Ballistic reticle. I did just get a Bushnell Trophy 4-12x40 AO for the air rifle I got a couple months ago (Beeman R9), and have no complaints about it thus far.
