Everytime I hear or read someone call a firearm, rifle, shotguna "gun", I hear my former Army Drill Sergeants yelling at me or someone else. Pointing at the M-16 he said, "this is your 'weapon'!" And pointing somewhere else on the offenders anatomy yelling, "and this is your 'GUN'!" "Get down and give me 30!"
