RE: Tips for an elk hunt
There's lots of great advice here guys. But I thought I'd touch on knives. Skinning and elk is a lot tougher than a deer. It's pretty much the same procedure except the elk is a lot bigger and the hide is a lot tougher. Be sure to bring a couple of knives and a small stone.
