Default RE: Sporting Clay Loads

I use federal hi power rolled paper base hulls with fed 209A primers and WAA12 white wads with the 20.2 grains of green dot my hornady #471 bushing throws and 1 1/8 oz of reclaimed shot (which is usually a mixture of 7.5's and 8's).

according to alliant with this load 20 grains green dot = 3 dram and 22 grains green dot = 3 1/4 dram so the 20.2 grains would be on the stiff side of 3 dram. I use this load for everything from clay pigeons to small game, upland birds and Pheasant. My brother inlaw has taken 2 turkeys with this load too im not sure why he used them but he did.
