For once i am with oldelkhuter. my buddy got one and he knew i would want it. i looked it over and really felt like it had been rebarreled. yeah the barrel was stamped rem. but you can buy that barrel. i backed out before doing any research. you can get the sn and call remington and ask they should be able to tell you details on the reciever.
my buddy gave like $600 for the gun. those guns sell for around 1400 i think.
i thought the customs had a gray synthetic stock and my buddys was blued with a black syn.
I would like to have a 350 but in arkansas it's a little overkill.
And besides my 308 in a ss seven works very well.
