Default RE: What kind of camo?

Hey Greg, you notice how much white is in his jacket? I have predator fall grey too, with not nearly as much white. Similar to your jacket....I wonder if the pattern varies that much, or he has a "special" pattern.

Yes.... This is a VERY sore subject for me, thank you very much!! In the past, Ihave spoken with Marc Barger (the designer of that pattern), as well as the gentleman who wrote up that informal study which is linked to up above (Jeff Miglautsch). The way the patterns were distorted more and more was one of the reasons Marc sold out his interest to the Hood brothers, among other reasons.

That picture represent to me an almost perfect camo concept; today's Fall Gray is of course as close as a current pattern comes to looking like that pic (after all, it IS the same concept, just distorted). If the Hood brothers could be convinced to go back to producing it like it was originally drawn/designed, I would turn cartwheels.

While we're talking about the pattern a bit here, thought I'd throw out something for your enjoyment... This is Marc's personal truck he hand-painted a few years ago. It is now sold, but how cool is this?

Crap! I can't get it to show.... maybe sometime in the future...
