You may label me as "radical", but by the same token I would have to label you as "ignorant" of the world around you.It would appear the the observation skills of PGC Law Enforcement Officers is severely lacking. Especially so in the case of Don Madl.

Never-the-less, we certainly appreciate your effort to find all those Pennsylvania hunters who neglect to sign their hunting licenses. The fields and forests of Pennsylvania are a much safer place for your effort.
