Have a question....I bought a Cuddeback Expert 2 weeks ago and I am pretty pleased with its performance. There is one problem, I took my laptop in to download the pics this weekend with no avail. I hooked it up using the proper USB and the message on my computer was saying it could not read the source. I thought all I had to do is to plug it into my comp. and turn the unit on. I must be doing something wrong or have a defective unit. Have any of you had this problem, or do you know what I am doing wrong? Thank you for your time.[/align][/align]Trent Miller[/align]
