Fist I would print out these post's and then sit him down show this to him and explain that your concerned. Then tell him it's time to shape up or ship out. Wounding 4 deer in one bow season is absolutly PATHETIC. There is no excuse for any person to have 4 deer get away in a season. Offer to help him practice or track or whatever his problem is. I would also tell him that he is not to hunt with his bow until this problem is solved. Explain to kim that he is an embarrasment to him self and he is also making you look bad not mention that if the land owner finds out he/she is very likely to be upset. This kinda of behavior can't be left go I hope you get this fixed and you and you buddy can get back to hunting. This is a total lack of respect for the animal's he is hunting he doesn't owe to you or even himself he owe's it the deer if he can't be a responsible hunter than he has no buisnes in the woods. It is time for him to step up be a man and take some responsibilty for his actions!
