RE: FeedBack Request For a Bad Shooter
You know my nephew use to be like this as well. When he practiced (if you want to call it that) he thought that if he put an arrow on the target (anywhere on the target) he was ready to hunt.
I invited him last week to target shoot with me. I found major-major errors in his form. I also found that he was trying to pull back 67 lbs. It was like watching a crack addict trying to count change. He was shaking all over the place. I lowered his bow to about 55 lbs and he got the arrows to group. Nice groups at that. For some reason he thought he couldn't kill a deer unless it was 70 lbs.
So invite him to target shoot with you. See if you can make suggestions to him in a non-aggressive manner. And, please, from an avid golfer - don't give him a golf club. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
