I did some shopping yesterday and purchased a new 2X Monarch Handgun scope for my Bisley Hunter. I mounted it today and bore sighted it. I hope to try it out tomorrow. I decided to scope it mostly because of the wide range of bullets available for the 44 Mag. Its hard with the factory sights to zero the gun when going from one weight range to another. The old eyes are not as good as they once were either for iron sights. Anyone here have expierence with this scope?

The salesman who I know quite well told me that another customer hailed one of the Monarchs out on a 460 S&W but he also shelled out a Leupld as well. He thought on the 44, it should hold up well. I liked the optics and the eye relief seemed the least critical of all the scopes that I looked at.
