I don't understand the point you are trying to make by saying CAP has info on their site under tuning tips to help people better use their product. You can find this at most if not all companies websites for anything from stands, bows, accessories etc.
If you had properly tuned your rest (Obviously you did not since you didn't even know any of that information even existed) it would still be on your bow.
