lay the bird on it's back wings spread to help hold the bird,cut the thin shin between the legs from bottom of the breast bone to and around the hole.reach into the cavity and pull all the intreals out,you should be able to get everything out easly.pour a little water inside adn wash the blood out.if you have ice,put a small plastic bag into the cavity and fill with ice,then place into ice chest for trip home. really not all that hard to do.
