I too, Matt, have found the same thing you have with a lot of uplanders being available at the same amount you listed +or- $100, with the only difference on my is that there is engraving and scroll-work on the action where it breaks open and it's silver instead of blued.

Pawildman, I also found the Benelli link w/ Stoeger while I was doing my research and found that really interesting. I am going to take it to a local shop and see what they can tell me.
