Default RE: my trykon is going back to hoyt

As a owner of three Mathews bows, and also working part time at a Mathews dealership (top 100 Mathews dealer for 2005). I can tell you for sure the peopleat your pro shopare full of crap! I have never heard of a string comming off like that on any new bow. Also I don't understand why they can't fix it there at the shop. IMO they are a terrible, terrible pro shop. I also wouldn't call them a pro shop at all because it seems to me that their is nothing pro about them. Last year we had a fellow run over his new Mathews Switchbackdurring the middle of theIdaho septemberarchery season. His bow case fell out of the back of his truck that was packed full ofcamping and huntinggear. They we going down a narrow mountain dirtroad, andhis horse trailer ran it over. His buddy who was behind himalsopulling a horse trailer couldn't stop in time or vear off the road to avoid running it over, also ran it over as well. To say it was damaged beyond repairis a understatement. Mathews bowsdo come with a lifetime warrenty to the origional buyer, but he didn't think it would cover this.Long story short Mathews didn't even question why or how it happened.Theyjust had us give him a new Switchback off our shelf (he did have to buy new accessories)and out the door he went thesame dayready to hunt again. We had to send in thedamged bow andMathews sent us backa new one to replace the one on our shelf. That is quality service in my book, I don'tknow for sure but I wouldbet that Hoyt would be willing to do the same thing. It just sounds to melike you are getting screwed buy your pro shop.
