I really didnt want to knock Mathews in my last post. They do make a good bow. I had been shooting a Mathews Ultra 2 for years, and I shot a lot of deers with it. I sold it this year and got a Bowtech. That Ultra 2 was a pretty good bow, and plenty fast!! Matter of fact that bow and and the black max, were two of the fastest bows around,at that time,both made by Mathews

If you are able to put an arrow in the vitals of a deer with it, 10 or 20 fps is notgoing to matter.
