I've seen discussion on this in another forum. Change the bolt over to a .30/30 bolt head, and rechamber and headspace to the new bolt. Mechanicly simple. I don't think I will be trying this conversion myself, I wouldn't be that comfortable with the pressure differences between the .35 Remington and the .356 Winchester.
