Default RE: Moving to North Carolina

I was born in NC......graduated from high school, here......moved away to go to college/start a life......and moved back here in 2000. I live near Winston-Salem, and the bowhunting opportunities up here are abundant. I've got 4 tracts of land.....ranging from 24 acres (which happens to be my honey hole) to over 200 acres.

I graduated from college in Union County.....and lived there for a couple of years (2 different times). There are ABUNDANT opportunities to deer hunt, there. There are still a LOT of farmers, there.....and there's a LOT of people that own HUGE tracts of land.

Get down there......and look for an archery club. I havea friend I do business with who lives there....and he bowhunts....but only for Elk....and NOT in NC....lol. He may know of a good club. Shoot me an e-mail sometime. Let me ask him how the deer hunting is in that area. I see PLENTY of bucks in the NC Sportsman magazines taken from that area, every year.
