RE: WY Question
You are refering to the Muddy Mountain Hunter Management Area, right?
Although I have not personally hunted there, I have hunted just east of there and know people who have.
It would be a great area for deer, elk, and antelope. One attractive thing about it, is it covers so much land. Lots of square miles and a varied turrain. You do know that you need written permission to hunt an HMA right? Very easy to do on line. BUT! You have to draw a license for that area before you can get permission. One problem, there are at least two elk, deer and anyelope areas within the boudaries of the HMA so you would not be entitled to hunt the whole thing, just that prtion which your tag allows. So look it over closely, and choose wisely.
Good luck.
