That sounds about right. Your shooting a really heavy arrow with a shorter drawlenth. I shoot the q2 with a 30 draw 65 lbs and 420 grain arrow and it's at 265fps. A little slower than I thought it would be but you know when you can hit a soda can at 40yards doesn't matter to much how fast it is. lol..
