Whatever works for you. I started shooting Fiocchi #3 last year and had such good results that I bought two more cases this year. This for ducks only using an 870 12. For the geese I like my 10 and use BBB or T shot. The Fiocchi is tooling along at 1475 fps and I believe that the increased velocity has really gone as long way to improve the steel shot effectiveness.
