That Powerbelt - with 120 gr 777. - should not be on a downward planeat 78 yards.
Something's wrong! Old and/or contaminated powder?.... plastic base on Powerbelt staying on too long??..... rifling partially clogged with something???.... your shooting range goes uphill in progression..... sumthin' ain't right.
