I was at 288 with my 05 SB. As it turned out, my bow was out of specs. The cam was overrotated about 1/8 in. and the ata was 1/8 in. too long. After making the proper adjustments, I picked up 3lbs on my draw weight. I don't know how much speed I picked up, but I was shooting 3 in higher at 30yds(shortening the gap between my 20 and 30 yd pins).
By the way, my total arrow weight is 385 grains.
